Where do you source your crystals?
- We strive to shop as consciously
as we can. We source our crystals from all around the world. We use trusted suppliers.
How long is processing time?
- Our processing time is anywhere between 1-3 days. If there are any packaging delays, we will email/notify you.
What are shipping times?
- We aim to drop packages off at the post office within 3 days of ordering. Packages then can take anywhere between 2-7 days. Delays may be due to Covid-19.
Do you offer refunds?
- We do not offer refunds for items that are broken in transit. Once the package leaves our hands, we take no responsibilty for damages/breakings.
Is pickup an option?
- We do offer local drop off and pickup with any order placed through our website. For local drop off, you must live within a 20km radius of Parramatta, Sydney, NSW. A $5 fee is charged at checkout for this shipping option. This charge covers our fuel costs and time. Local Pickup must be arranged before placing your online order. Contact us using our contact page.
